Pull Data into your Account from other Software Platforms
Integrations work similar to Imports.
Each Integration Creates:
- Contacts, Donations and other Data per Submission
- Matching Campaign & Donation Accounts per Source
- "Integration Overview" of each Data Set
- "Import Group" of each data set to track Source
Integrations can be set to "Auto" On/Off or to pull "Manually"
Once Integrations are Run, De-Dupe your Account
Donations can be Updated in Bulk from: Financials > Donation Find
Campaigns can be Merged together From Campaigns.
Go to:
Data > Integrations
To Get Started: Click "New Integration"
Follow Steps In App or from subsequent Help
Merge Campaigns
- Each Integration creates New, matching Campaign & Donation Accounts
- External Source Campaign Names and Donation Account Names need to Remain the Same
- Best Practices are to match Campaign Names with the 3rd party platforms
View Integration
Per Platform
Click into each of the Integrations to see Donations and Contacts Pulled
Data Pulls:
- Auto (Automatically Add Contacts and Contributions to your Account)
- Manually
To Remove Integrations
Remove a Campaign(s) Integration
- Remove Campaign from your Access to the 3rd party Online Contribution platform.
Remove Entire Integration Source
Click "View Integration" button
Click "Remove Integrations" button
