Export Data

User Permissions:  
- User must be Enabled to Export
- Limited Access Users can only Export Campaigns with Permissions

Export Data Sections:

Export Contact Records from Group Export

Export Donations from Financials > Donations Find

Export Pledges from Financials > Pledges Find

Export Calls & Meetings

Export Events 
 

Full Account Export / Custom Exports

Export Contact Records from Group Export

Contact Info Including Phones, Emails, Addresses, Cum Totals, etc.

  Open: Groups
 

1. Create New Group or
2. Or Select Existing Group of Contacts to Export
3. Go to Group Detail
4. Add or Remove Contacts from Group to Export
5. Click Group Export Button
6. Include Cumulative Totals? Yes / No (Choose)

Export All Contacts in Account

1. Create a "New Group" ("All Contacts" or Any Group Name & Save)
2. Click "Add Contacts" Tab 
3. Click "Add All Contacts in Account" Button 
4. Go back to "Contacts" Tab of Group Details  
5. Click "Group Export" Button   
6. Choose to Include Donation "Cumulative Totals" Yes / No per Campaign
7. Download when Complete

Export Donations from Financials > Donations Find
(Donation Line Items - Date, Amount, Campaign, Committee, Contact Info)

  Open: Financials > Donations Find

1. Go to $ Financials Section at top of Screen
2. Donations Find Tab
3. Use the dropdown menu to Select the Campaign  
   (Each Campaign needs it's own Donation Export)
4. Click Find 
5. Donations Export button

6. Download your Export

Export Pledges from Financials > Pledges Find

(Pledge Line Items - Date, Amount, Balance, Campaign, Committee, Contact Info)

  Open: Financials > Pledges Find

1. Go to $ Financials Section at top of Screen
2. Pledges Find Tab
3. Use the dropdown menu to Select the Campaign  
   (Each Campaign needs it's own Export)
4. Click Find  
5. Pledges Export button
6. Download your Export

Export Calls & Meetings

(Calls & Meetings - Call / Meeting Details, Date, Ask, Call Notes, Follow Up, Campaign, Committee, Contact Info)

  Open: Calls & Meetings

1. Go to $ Financials Section at top of Screen
2. Pledges Find Tab
3. Use the dropdown menu to Select the Campaign  
   (Each Campaign needs it's own Export)

1. Go to Calls & Meetings Section
2. Filter for the Calls & Meetings you want to Export
3. Call Export
4. Check Downloads tab in the Home Section to Download your Export

Export Events

1. Go to Calls & Meetings Section
2. Filter for the Calls & Meetings you want to Export
3. Call Export
4. Check Downloads tab in the Home Section to Download your Export

Full Account Data Export / Custom Export
