Text Spacing
Similar to Word and other Text Editors- a Standard "Return / Enter" or "Carriage Return" Creates a "Double Space."
Double Space is great for separating Sentences and Paragraphs.
- "Return" = "Double Space"
- "Shift" + "Return" = "Single Space" (Signatures & Footers)

Unsubscribe Links
By default your Emails will have "Unsubscribe" links at the bottom of your Email Templates. You need to send "Test" Emails or Scheduled / Send Not Emails to see the links. (Not visible in the Email Creation View)
Suggestion:
Add or make sure there are a number of "Carriage Returns" at the bottom of your Email Templates to move the Unsubscribe links down and below your Email. (Below the Fold)
Removing Unsubscribe:
If you have a Dedicated IP Address you can remove the "Unsubscribe" link if your Emails match the requirements of the Can Spam Act.
This allows you to Email Major Donors, Lobbyists, etc. with Emails looking like they are Personal - not Email Blasts.

Inserting Tables
Email Perimeters, Borders, Columns & Rows
Tables are how you can add structure to your Emails.
"Perimeter" Tables allow your content to be centered and all a standardized width.
You can Start with an "Email Template" with Tables or build your Email from scratch.
We suggest 400 - 800px (Pixels) for the perimeter so that your Email will read well on all Devices from Phones, Tablets and Computers.
Border Size = 0 for Transparent Table perimeters (Not Visible)
Adjust Table Outline Colors, Etc.
First Add a Table or use an Email Template
Table > Table Properties > Advanced: Style
background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);border-spacing:0px !important;border:0px solid rgb(226, 226, 226);box-shadow:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1) 0px 1px 2px 0px;line-height:1.5;margin:0px auto;max-width:600px;width:600px;
Horizontal Break Lines
Horizontal Break lines are great, easy ways to separate sections of Emails. They fit into Tables they are surrounded by.
We cannot change the color of a horizontal line interactively using the built-in horizontal line feature.
Background Colors outside of Email Table
Start with a Grey Background Template to make it easier.
Sample:
Source: Line 6 (Make sure to Save and use Templates so you don't goof up your work)
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="background-color:rgb(213, 213, 213); border-spacing:0px !important; font-family:helvetica; font-size:16px; padding:20px 0px 10px; width:100%">
style="background-color:rgb(213, 213, 213)
You can Edit Formatting in App from Source.
We suggest to Copy Source Text to a Text Editor to Modify. (Or just a blank Local Email)
One line or the whole content.
You can Modify the Entire Email in an HTML Editor if you prefer.
You and your Graphics Team can also add HTML to the Editor from Source -Just make sure to review and Test!
