Email Images should be 360 pixels wide or Less for Mobile Friendly
Or up to 600 pixels wide or less, depending on your Email Template
- Any Image can be a Button: Double-Click > Image Properties > Link tab
- Buttons are usually 150-250 pixels wide
- Microsoft Outlook and some other Email Clients don't support HTML Image Resize - the Image Resize offered after you upload to the Media Library.
- Please Resize your Images to match your Email before Uploading to Media Library.

NOTE: Microsoft Outlook is configured by default to block automatic picture downloads from the Internet. You can, however, unblock pictures that you think are safe to download. Microsoft Instructions for Removing these Blocks.
Attachments
We currently don't support actual Email Attachments, but it is in the development schedule.
Linking PDF's prevents spam filters that stop Emails with Attachments from delivering.
Suggestion:
Start with an Email Template, Customize per Client, then Duplicate Emails for Consistency and Ease
Use any Image as a Button
Download / Save Any Image (Right Click) and Upload to your Media Library:

Mac: Convert PDF to JPEG Image
For those Mac users you need to hold down the option key to display the “Save As” option. Save the Invitation as a JPEG.
After saving the invite as a JPEG the size might need to be adjusted.
- Most Event Invites are 600 - 800 pixels wide
- Mobile Friendly Images are frequently 360 pixels wide
The JPEG size can be adjusted in Tools > Adjust Size.
1. Go to your Media Library and right click on the invitation image. Scroll to Open Image in New Tab.
2.Highlight the entire URL and copy it.
3. Click the Email tab and select the email you would like to send.
To create a hyperlinked message
1. Highlight the message you want hyperlinked and click the Link Icon.
2. Click the TARGET tab and use the dropdown menu to select where you want to URL to open (<frame>, <popup window>, New Window, Topmost Window, Same Window, Parent Window) we suggest New Window.
3. Click OK.
Once you Click OK the email will be sent and you can see the list of recipients in a screen like the one below.
