Groups (Lists) of Contacts to Send Email To
Any Group in iDONATEpro can be an Email Recipient Group
A. Enable Groups to Send Emails To
All Email Recipients need to have Verified Email Date B. Verify Email Addresses
(If you have a Spreadsheet or "List" of Email Recipients you will want to Import and De-Dupe the spreadsheet first.)
A. Enable Groups to Send Emails To
- Any Existing Group can be Enabled to Send Communications Emails To
- Create New Groups or Duplicate Groups to send Emails to
Enable Groups by:
a. Communications > Recipient Groups
b. Groups > Group Details > Summary Tab
B. Verified Email Addresses
Only Emails with Verified Email Date can be Sent Email to
Verified Email Dates can be added:
a. Contacts > Edit or New Contact > Verified Date
b. Verify Emails in Bulk via iDp Email Services
Communications > Recipient Groups
Email Verification Responses
Valid: Send OK
Potentially Risky: Send OK
Invalid - Bad Email: Suppressed (Bad Email Checked)
c. Accounts with Dedicated IP Addresses can Bulk Verify Email Addresses
Groups > Contacts tab
Blanket Verified Date with Current Date
(Not available to accounts on Shared IP Addresses)
