Send Email that People Love
There is no absolute rule to guarantee you a place in the inbox.
Focus on the Genuine Value of the Message without sounding too Generic, Pushy or Robotic.
Good Email Deliverability depends on:
• ESP's - Email Service Providers (Gmail, Microsoft Outlook Exchange, Yahoo, etc.)
• Email Recipients (if recipients mark your Email as Spam or Junk it's not good)
Make Emails look Personal - Not Generic
- The more Personal an Email looks, the more likely the recipient is to Open or Click on your Email.
- Non personal / Generic Emails are scanned by ESP's and moved to Junk/Promotional boxes.
Email Subject, Salutation and First Sentences are critical.
- These determine if the Recipient will Open, Read or Click on your Email as they show in Email Applications before opening Email.
- Generic Event Invites or Newsletter looking Emails without personalization and Intro Text Content are frequently sent to "Promotions" or "Junk" folders more and more.
Add Dynamic Variables to Email Body and Subject with Recipient's Name, etc.
