A. Enable Campaigns
To send Email Blasts, Enable one or many Campaigns to Send From.
- Enable up to 25 Campaigns at a time.
- Each Enabled Campaign has separate Deliverability Metrics and Unsubscribe lists.

Verify Permission to Send Emails From @Domains - Needs to be Privately Held
You can no longer Send Bulk Email "From" Free Domains
(@gmail, @outlook, @yahoo, @hotmail, etc.)
Why - Email Services like Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
Will no longer deliver Emails to the Inbox from Non-Authenticated Domains.
(Emails go to Spam, Junk or are Blocked)
How - Add DNS "CNAME" & "TXT" entries to any Domain DNS provider to Verify Permission.
(GoDaddy, Rackspace, Cloudflare, Google Domains, etc.)
Domain Authentication Detailed Instructions
1. New Domain Authentication button
2. Enter Domain Name (Text after @ in Email)
3. Select Domain Host & Campaigns Domain is Enabled for

6. Open your Domain Host - Navigate to Domain DNS Settings

Copy / Paste from iDONATEpro or Email to your DNS Host - 2 per record

- CNAME for the first 5
- TXT for the 6th - DMARC (If your Domain already has DMARC Set Up this won't be needed)
Copy / Paste (2 per record) from iDONATEpro or Email to your DNS Host.
- Host / Label (Naming can vary per Domain Host)
- Value/Points To (Naming can vary per Domain Host)
TTL (Time to Live) should be Default or Lowest Time - it can take time for the records to go live depending on the Domain Host.

C. Senders (Email From)
Send Emails "From" An Unlimited Number Of Senders - People on your Team, Clients, etc.
(You can also Create New Senders and Adjust Senders from Email Campaigns)

- From Display Name - Name Displayed to Recipient when they Receive Email
- Username - From Email Address - Email Address to Send Email From
- Reply To Address - Can be Separate - when Email Recipient clicks Reply
- CC Email - Blanket CC Email for All Emails Sent
- BCC Email - Blanket BCC Email for All Emails Sent
Sender Deliverability Best Practices:
- Send From a Real Email Address (Email Addresses are checked for Validity by most ESP's)
- Non-Generic From Email Addresses are best. Avoid: "RSVP@" "Info@"
CC Email Address - Sends CC Email for Each Outbound Email to Same Address
Recipient can see CC Address
Each Email Sent with CC counts as 2 Outbound Emails
BCC Email Address - Sends BCC Email for Each Outbound Email to Same Address
Recipient can not see BCC Address
Each Email Sent with BCC counts as 2 Outbound Emails
