Online Call Users
- For Candidates, Clients, and Individuals Making Calls
- CRM Users Create Calls & Assign Calls to Users to Make Calls
- Online Call Users Make Calls and can Review Contact Info
Add New Users:
New CRM Users
- + New CRM User button
- Enter New User Information
- Adjust Permissions
- Save
- Send Welcome Email
New Online Call Users
- + New Online Call User button
- Enter New User Information
- Adjust Permissions

User Permissions & Settings
- Email Account Owner: Can Change Plans and Billing Information
- Administrator: Can Manage Users
- Export: User can Export data to Spreadsheets
- PDF: User can generate PDF Call Sheets, Reports, etc.
- User Guides: User Defaults to User Guides Tabs (Getting Started Instructions)
Limited / Modify Campaign Access per User
Select which Campaigns you want the User to have access to
Confirm Campaign Access has been limited
Send Welcome Email & Login Credentials
- Click on Desired User into Details
- Click Send Welcome Email button
- Confirm Send Welcome Email via pop-up modal
- View Confirmation & Click Ok
Active & Inactive Users
- Active Users have Access
- Mark Users as "Inactive" to remove Access
