Retain the Contact details but exclude them from day to day operations.
Archived & Deceased Contact Records remain in your account, but are excluded from Search, Find, Groups, Events & Email Lists by default.
Archived Contacts: Not Deleted but Excluded
Deceased Contacts: Contacts who have Passed
Mark a Contact as Archived or Deceased:
- Select Contact to mark as Archived or Deceased
- Click the "Edit Contact" button
- Select Archived and/or Deceased
- Save
- Contact's profile now Archived
Archived & Deceased Contacts in Find:
- Default setting is Archived = No
- Default setting is Deceased = No
- Change via dropdown menu
