- Lists of Contacts ("Pull a List" of Contacts)
- Tag / Flag Contacts
- Categories of Contacts (Industry, Top Targets, etc.)
- Export Contacts to Spreadsheets
- Communication / Email Recipient Groups
- Create Calls / Meetings in Bulk
- Contact Summary PDF's in Bulk
- Import Groups of Contacts per Import
Groups can be:
- "Long Term" for "Master Lists," "Industry Categories," etc.
- "Short Term" to "Pull / Export" a List, "Create Calls/Meetings" etc.
(Just mark as "Delete" or "Inactive" when done)
Group Category & Campaign Specific
- Category: List, Company, Firm, Organization, Legislative Issue, Import, Call Book, Tag, Party
- Campaign Specific: If Group is Campaign Specific / Limited Access Users
Groups Status
- Active: Currently Using
- Inactive: Not Using but want for Reference (Not Deleted)
Import: All New Imports Create Import Groups
New Groups can be Created from most Sections
- Groups > New Group
- Find > Add to Group > New Group
- Financials > Donations Find > Add to Group > New Group
- Financials > Pledges Find > Add to Group > New Group
- Communication > Report > Add to Group

Group Actions > Delete Group
